Client Services Assistant
As a Client Services Assistant at Southern Point Investment Partners, I am responsible for tending to our clients' needs, opening accounts, answering phone calls, and scheduling reviews and appointments. One of the aspects I find most invigorating about my job is the constant opportunity to learn and challenge myself. Each day presents new experiences and the chance to expand my skill set. The collaborative environment at Southern Point Investment Partners is truly inspiring, and I am fortunate to work alongside talented individuals who share a similar passion for excellence.
Prior to joining Southern Point, I had the privilege of working in the banking industry. Having spent five years in this field, I was ready for a new adventure and an opportunity to expand my horizons. When the opportunity arose at Southern Point, I knew it was the perfect chance to explore a different aspect of the financial world that I would genuinely enjoy. Before embarking on my professional journey, I pursued an associate's degree in accounting from Wiregrass Technical College.
In my interactions with clients, I firmly believe that the greatest value I can provide is the ability to treat them with respect and attentiveness. I want each client to feel important and confident that I am here to assist them with any needs they may have. By offering exceptional customer service, I strive to build trust and foster long-lasting relationships.
Originally from Michigan, I now call Valdosta, Georgia, my home. Together with my wonderful husband, Aaron, we are blessed with two beautiful daughters, Alexis and Stella. During my free time, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family.
